2. PCD cutters are mostly used for high precision processing of non-ferrous metal (copper, aluminum alloy), they are also fit for finish cutting of nonmetal such as ceramics, synthetic fibers.
3. CBN cutters are fit for the processing of high hardness ferrous metal and alloy(e. G. Quenching steel and chilled cast iron), the hardness of workpiece is above HRC50.
4. PCD/CBN inserts have high machining accuracy. They can get high dimensional accuracy and good surface roughness to realize using turning replace milling.
5. PCD/CBN inserts have high productive efficiency. Their speed of cutting is high, the times of tool changing is greatly reduced and the quality of the product is stable.
